When making an appointment with Rianne Farrow at All Sacred Tattoo Parlour, you confirm that you adhere to the following terms and conditions.

​DEPOSITS
- You will have been provided with a quotation for your appointment. A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure a space in the diary. The cost of the deposit is dependant upon the duration of your appointment. The deposit is deductible from the quote with the remaining balance due on the appointment.

​DESIGNS
- I will draw up for your appointment in advance and never on the day. I like things to go smoothly on the day and prefer preparing beforehand. I have no problem sending over a sketch beforehand however this wont be until nearer the appointment date. The deposit covers all admin/drawing time and the booked slot. If you re-schedule the appointment more than once, another deposit will be required. Polite reminder that your deposit covers my time drawing your tattoo and other factors, if the design is changed 5 days or less before the appointment chances are i've already designed it. If you want to change the design please give me as much notice as you can! If you let me know 5 days or less before the appointment another deposit will be required. Small changes are fine, this is just in cases where the design is being heavily/completely changed to your original design ideas.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
- When making an appointment you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and can provide government issue photographic I.D on the day of your appointment to evidence this. Unfortunately I will not be able to tattoo you without it.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS, HEALTH AND WELL-BEING.
- If you have any medical conditions and are taking any prescribed medication this must be declared at the time of booking to allow me to make any necessary preparations, precautions or decisions on whether it is safe for you to be tattooed. You confirm that you are not; pregnant, breast feeding or have given birth in the last six months as I cannot tattoo you in these circumstances. It is important to eat well in the run up to your appointment providing your body with lots of nutrients to support with healing your body. This includes having something to eat within an hour or two of your appointment. Resting well in the run up to your appointment will also aid in a healthy heal. You must not drink alcohol or take recreational drugs 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are found to be under the influence, I will turn you away. If you are prescribed antibiotics in the week or so prior to your appointment, please contact me. Do not partake in any heavy cardiovascular activities 24 hours prior to your appointment as this will widen your capillaries, increasing blood flow, therefore you will bleed more, making your tattoo much more difficult. Avoid sun exposure in the run up to your appointment, this includes sun-beds. If you are sun burnt, I will not be able to tattoo sun damaged skin. I cannot tattoo over any healing scar tissue, scratches, bruises, eczema or any other skin condition outbreaks.

ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT ​
- Please arrive on time to ensure your consent forms are filled out and payment is made beforehand. If you are going to be late you must contact me to let me know. If you're 30 minutes late or more I may not be able to tattoo you and your deposit will be forfeited or we may not be able to finish the design resulting in you having to come back on a different date and paying another fee to finish the tattoo.

- You may bring a friend or family member to your appointment if you need some moral support. They must wait in the reception area so distractions are limited during your tattoo. They can still see whats going on as it's an open-plan studio. We must be mindful as other artists are at work too and we don't want to distract them!

- Please make alternate arrangements for childcare on the day. I cannot allow children under the age of 18 (unless they have a piercing appointment) into the studio due to health and safety. If you bring a child or anyone under the age of 18 they may have to wait outside or I may have to cancel your appointment if they are too young to wait outside and the deposit will be forfeited.

- All payments on the day to be paid in cash. If you cannot make payment before we start tattooing the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
​
- Please wear appropriate clothing or bring a change of clothes to ensure I can reach the area i'm tattooing. There is a potential that ink or blood may soil your clothing so bare this in mind.
​
-Please shower before your appointment and refrain from applying any creams, lotions, ointments, false tan to the area that is to be tattooed.
​
- If you are feeling unwell in the days prior to your appointment, please contact me to discuss whether or not it is suitable to tattoo you. Being tattooed can be exhaustive and put your body under strain. If your immune system is already compromised, this may effect the tattoo process and your heal. In cases where you are visually physically unwell, I may not be able to proceed with your appointment and the deposit will be forfeited. I can re-arrange your booking if you let me know at least 72 hours in advance, any less than this and another deposit will be required.

- If you tap-out during your session and need to re-book the full amount will still be required. For example, if you book in for a day session and tap out after 4 hours. You will then be required to re-book and pay the next time for finishing the tattoo. This is to protect my income as i have no time to get another customer in. I always do everything possible to make the session as comfortable as i can. It's vital you prepare before a tattoo. Eat a big breakfast and eat during the day! Fizzy drinks and sweets are also good for keeping your sugar levels up!

- If I don't finish a tattoo in the timeframe you will be required to re-book and pay for completing the tattoo. There are factors which can make tattooing a little slower which will result in having to re-book. Exaggerated movement, stopping for lots of breaks and if you bleed more than usual are a few examples of why it may take longer. Please bare this in mind!

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- A non-refundable deposit will secure your date/design. If a deposit has not been paid you will not have an appointment secured. The deposit amount depends on the full price of your tattoo. Deposits start from £40 and go up to £150 depending on the price of the tattoo.
​
- Deposits will be paid directly to myself via paypal/bank transfer. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Deposits ALWAYS get taken off the full price to pay on the day of the tattoo.
​
- If you cancel your appointment you will automatically forfeit your deposit amount. You can re-schedule ONCE without losing the deposit but you must arrange this at least 72 hours prior to the appointment otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
​
- I cannot hold deposits, so if the appointment hasn't been re-arranged to another date i'll treat this as a cancellation.
​
- If you're booked in for a free re-touch and fail to attend an appointment, you will have to pay full price in full before you secure a date. Re-touches are free for 3 months only. After this time-frame they are chargeable. Hands, Feet and areas that bend (lower wrists, knees, elbows, the elbow ditch & knee ditch) are all chargeable and the free re-touch does not apply.

- If you no-show and have multiple bookings the following bookings will be automatically cancelled and any deposits on file forfeited. I may also refuse to tattoo you in the future under my discretion. This is to protect my income. I would much rather you give me a reason (make one up if you have to) if you need to cancel/rearrange. Just not showing up means i'll be travelling to and from the studio, spending time preparing for the appointment and setting up, which all costs time & money!

By paying a deposit and securing a space in the diary, you confirm that you have read and will adhere to the above conditions. Any breach of the above conditions may lead to you having your appointment cancelled and your deposit forfeited. If you attend your appointment in breach of the above terms and conditions, you shall forfeit your deposit, and another will be required to make an alternative appointment.

These terms are to protect me as a small business owner. Times are tough at the moment with supply costs and many other factors within the industry. If you're unsure about anything please ask. I'm here to help and guide you on your tattoo journey! Thank you so much.
